I specialize in the treatment of trauma, abuse, and emotional deprivation. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I utilize tools from EMDR, EFT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and more to help clients reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.
Before diving into the world of counseling, I spent a decade in education, shaping young minds in the classroom. Drawing from my experiences in education, I bring a unique perspective, blending the art of teaching with the science of therapy.

In my free time, I like to play pickleball, hike, travel, and spend time with family and friends.

- $100 for a 45 minute session.
- $200 for a 90 minute session.
